Return & Refund Policy

Because many of our products contain food, beverages, and other perishable items, we are unable to accept returns once an order has been delivered.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. To help us resolve the issue quickly, please provide your order number along with clear photos of the item and packaging.

After reviewing your claim, we may offer one of the following:

• Replacement of the affected item
• Store credit
• Full or partial refund

Orders may be canceled only before they have been processed or shipped. Once an order has been prepared for dispatch, cancellation requests may no longer be possible.
